JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executives will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base in order to achieve sales targets and increase revenue. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Identify potential customers and build relationships to expand our customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including warehouse and accounts, to ensure customer needs are met and orders are fulfilled.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction, cultivating long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO, and manage the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing top-level administrative support, managing complex schedules, and coordinating effective meetings. They should also have experience in managing finances and overseeing office operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to the Director and other executives.
  • Acting as a liaison contact with internal colleagues and external customers, vendors, interacting with them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Meeting people of interest and other important associates of the company on behalf of executives.
  • Managing the executive’s professional and personal calendar and meeting requests, coordinating appointments and ensure everything is running smoothly.
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries.
  • Preparing Director’s personal financial statements, reports and other documents.
  • Liaising with different external parties – Banking, Tax consultants and providing document as requested and keeping records.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, preparing agendas and follow-up on action items.
  • Ensuring tasks and projects are completed within deadlines
  • Producing reports and presentations.
  • Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.

Skills Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or other relevant administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working days: Monday to Friday, 9.30 am-6.30 pm
